In December 2025, we completed an extra-high-voltage cable temperature monitoring system at B's new combined-cycle power station.

The system monitors 345 kV power cables with integrated optical fibers serving the gas and steam turbines. A system panel in the control building is connected over an optical network to an HMI in the disaster prevention room.

Two circuits are connected through approximately 300 meters of approach cable and optical splices at the GIS, allowing continuous unattended monitoring of cable temperatures up to the GIB.

SCADA integration and alarm contacts provide notifications to the higher-level system.
