We supplied a busduct protection system to Company D, a major domestic semiconductor manufacturer, to support the safe management of busducts carrying high currents of 2,000 to 2,500 A.

The system monitors temperatures at relatively vulnerable joints, electrical conditions and leakage current to help prevent incidents and support reliable operation of critical equipment.

An overview screen in the central monitoring room shows the complete situation. Operators can move directly to an abnormal location with a single click and review changes over time to identify developing problems.

Monitored items include voltage, current, leakage current, temperature and circuit breaker trip status.
